Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were great with a rolltop bath but had a hole in the window, which was not ideal in January. The service was super friendly and helpful overall, but there were some noise issues. The location was lovely and quiet but a bit overpriced for being above a pub. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, and check-out was more complicated than necessary.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable with a luxurious copper bath and modern walk-in shower. However, the lack of housekeeping after the first night was a small downside. The cooked breakfast was nice but seemed overpriced for what was offered; it should have been included in the stay. I particularly enjoyed my time in the beautiful library room.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, with a massive bathtub, and I enjoyed my free upgrade. They were spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The decor exceeded my expectations, and the little extras added a nice touch. The service was impeccable, and the staff, including the chef, were accommodating and ensured a relaxing experience. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the beach and easy to find. While the dining experience was slightly out of character with the hotel, the included gourmet food was a delight. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
